We follow Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your phone number or email, recipient numbers or emails, order history and payment references. Card and Mobile Money details are handled by Paystack; we never see them.

Our assistant is an AI. Chats are stored so we can help you and improve the service, and you can delete your chat history at any time from the chat window.

We share order details only with the providers that deliver them (Paystack, Reloadly, HubNetGH) and never sell your data. Gift card codes are encrypted and shown only to you.
